- Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled event. Weather and other uncontrollable events will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

- Refunds are also handled on a case by case basis depending on the situation. A 25% charge will be collected to cover any fee's incurred.

- We will be using pictures and providing informational posts of our days. If you have reservations about your pictures or names being used please let us know.
